Ike's Spikes Indy is committed to providing athletes with proper footwear for their events, a problem often overlooked in running sports. An athlete suffers a severe disadvantage without a pair of spikes, which cost about $100 on average.

At the high school level, proper shoes are imperative to be competitive, and it is tragic that many athletes are curbed by their financial situations. Ike'sSpikesIndy is a community initiative that was started to address this problem.

We are now busy reaching out to schools across Indiana to redistribute our large inventory of spikes to athletes running cross-country. We plan to redistribute upwards of 100 pairs this season, which is over $10,000 worth of equipment.
